cup shortening
1 cup water
1 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1 cups matzah meal
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil shortening, water, salt and sugar. Add matzah meal. Stir thoroughly and then cool completely. Add eggs and mix thoroughly into cooled mixture. Scoop into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 375⁰.

This was something my mom came up with so we had something to make a sandwich on when we were kids in school.
