1 package large egg roll wrappers
1 pound hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 package pre-shredded coleslaw
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Saute hamburger with onion, salt, and pepper until brown. Combine meat mix with coleslaw and remove from heat.
Place 1 egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place a scant 1/4 cup of mixture in the middle. Moisten all four edges of the wrapper. Roll up wrapper like a burrito, sealing the edges. Seal the final edge with more water, if necessary. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Serve with purchased sweet and sour sauce.
