"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Saute hamburger with onion, salt, and pepper until brown. Combine meat mix with coleslaw and remove from heat.
Place 1 egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place a scant 1/4 cup of mixture in the middle. Moisten all four edges of the wrapper. Roll up wrapper like a burrito, sealing the edges. Seal the final edge with more water, if necessary. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
