3 chicken breast halves
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. curry
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic chile sauce
3 lemons, juice
7 cups chicken broth
2 cups frozen okra
1 can white cannellini beans
1 bunch of fresh chives
1tsp. ginger
1/2 cup rice
2 bunches baby bok choy

Saute onions and garlic and chicken. Add broth and lemon juice and powdered spices. Add rice and okra. cook 25 minutes Just before serving add beans, fresh spices and bok choy
