6-8 chicken breasts (boiled & cubed)
2 cans of cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 large carton of sour cream
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 1/2 rolls of Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Butter dish, put in chicken chunks. Mix soup and sour cream, put on top of chicken. Mix cracker crumbs and poppy seeds. Melt butter, add butter to cracker crumb mixture and put on top of the chicken, soup and sour cream mixture. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
