1/2 c. cider vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. sale
1 T. chopped onion

Baby spinach
12 slices thick bacon, fried crisp and chopped
10 hard boiled eggs, sliced
8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad dressing ingredients and refrigerate. Prepare bacon, cook eggs and slice mushrooms and add to fresh spinach. Top with dressing and serve.
