1 1/2 C. Wesson Oil
2 C. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 C. flour

1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 C. fresh, grated apples or 3 large apples
1 C. chopped pecans

Icing:
1 C. copped pecans
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
Small can evaporated milk - added gradually
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put first four ingredients in a mixing bowl, fluff up and add 3 cups flour. Beat. Add next five ingredients, and mix well. Pour into greased and floured bundt cake pan or sheath cake pan. Bake 225 - 250º for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Icing: put pecans on a cookie sheet, cut butter in chunks and lay on top of pecans. Cook at 200º for 10 minutes. Pour pecans and butter over powdered sugar, add enough evaporated milk and t. vanilla. Drizzle over cake.
