1 box or bag tri-color rotelli pasta
1 bottle fat free Italian salad dressing, zesty if you can find it
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup pepperoni, cut in half or quarters
1 cup or more cubed mozzarella cheese
1 can small black olives or sliced large olives

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions, do not overcook. Rinse and cool in colander in very cold water, drain. In large bowl, immediately toss cooled pasta with salad dressing. Add the rest of the ingredients.

If desired, add chopped tomatoes, salami, yellow peppers, parmesan, etc.
