4 tsp. fresh lime juice
2 tsp. mild honey
1/4 tsp. salt
dash cayenne
3 tbsp. olive oil
4 cups romaine
1/2 cup strawberries, halved
1 avocado, cut into 1/2" pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey salt and cayenne pepper. Add oil, whisk until thoroughly
blended. (dressing may be made up to 2 days in advance) Cover and refrigerate. Whisk to blend before using.
In a large bowl combine lettuce, strawberries, avocados
and dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
