2 1/4 cups of corn (mix yellow & white shoe peg)
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
3 whole eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 cups of half and half
Dash of cayenne pepper and white pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt. Beat eggs until fluffy and add butter, sugar, flour and salt mixture. Stir in corn and half and half. Add cayenne and white pepper. Pour ingredients into a 9 x 13 buttered casserole. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Use fresh or frozen corn. Corn pudding mixture can be prepared ahead of time.
