2 granny apples, 1- 8 count crescent 1 stick butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 TSR. vanilla, cinnamon, to sprinkle, 1 cup 7 up or mountain dew.

Directions:
Peel and core apples. Cut apples into 8 lengthwise slices. Roll each piece into a crescent. Pull crescent over edges. Place crescent into a 9x12 lightly sprayed pan.

Slightly melt butter and sugar barley stiring. Add vanilla and stir. Pour over dumplings. Then slowly pour the soda around the edges, and sprinkle the cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
