2 thin slices reduced fat swiss cheese
4 chicken cutlets
2 tablespoons flour
1 tbsp margarine
1/ cup reduced sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 tsp oregano
fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken between wax paper until 1/4 inch thick. Place half a slice of cheese on chicken and roll up like a jelly roll, tie securely with string.
Combine flour salt and pepper ,toss chicken to coat evenly .
In a large skillet melt margarine over medium heat, add cutlets turning frequently until golden.
Add broth, wine add dried oregano to skillet.
Increase heat , bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium low and simmer until chicken is cooked through adn sauce is thickened, about 12-25 minutes.
Pace on serving dish , remove string, garnish with parsley
