3 pounds cubed beef (or chicken)
1 1/2 cups diced onions
oil or bacon fat
3 cups diced tomatoes
11/2 cup green chile strips
1/2 cup beef stock
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. cumin
2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
tortillas, flour or corn

Directions:
Saute beef and onions in oil or bacon fat. Add tomatoes, chilies, stocks and seasonings. Cook over low heat until meat is tender. Add cubed potatoes during the last 30 minutes. May be frozen without potatoes are added. Serve with warmed tortillas
