3 packages (3 oz. each) lemon jello
1 can (29 oz) mangoes, drained, liquid reserved
3 cups boiling liquid Water and reserved mango juice
1 package (8oz) cream cheese
juice of 1 lime

optional toppings
sour cream
brown sugar
shredded coconut


Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling liquid, set aside. Place drained mangoes and cream cheese into a blender and blend until creamy. Add to jello to mixture and stir in lime juice.. Pour into a ring mold, individual molds or a 9 X 13 pan and chill 4-6 hours or overnight. Serve on a bed of lettuce and top with any or all optional toppings.
