Ingredients:  
2/3 c wild rice
3 c water
1/2 tsp salt
onion
1 c celery
3 tbsp butter
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rice in cold water. Cook rice and salt for 45 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Saute celery and onion in butter, add to cooked rice, stir in undiluted soup. Bake covered 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
