1) cooked rice
2) chicken breasts cooked and cubed
3) chow mein noodles
4) gravy(cream of chicken soup thinned with chicken broth)
5) tomatoes diced
6) celery chopped
7) green pepper chopped
8) sweet onion chopped
9) crushed pineapple drained
10) grated cheddar cheese
11) almonds sliced and toasted
12) flaked coconut
13) maraschino cherries

Decide on amounts by how many people you have.
Stack on your plate in order. Yummy!
Keep in mind that you will just sprinkle some of the ingredients. Others like rice, chicken, chow mein noodles, and gravy will be a lot more.
One cherry on top.

Amanda (Mom) and Ruth had this at their small group meeting. We have had it a couple times at Yoder potlucks. I have fixed it at home several times. It doesn't sound like it would really go together but it is very good. Only if you really hate an ingredient would I leave it off.
