1 1/2 lb. veal or pork ribs,
1 level tbsp wheat flour,
1 tsp of dried parsley,
1 tsp. cooks spice ( or Mrs. Dash)
1 tsp basil,
1 tsp of thyme,
2 tsp seasoning for food cooks
2 med. onions, chopped
1 med. potato, diced
1 sm. head of cabbage, chopped
2 carrots , chopped
2 sticks celery diced,
1 cup 18 -percent cream,
2 tbsp. olive oil,
1 tbsp. butter,
1 piece leek


Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs, vegetables and 1 chopped onion in 6 cups water and cook
until ribs are soft. After cooking, remove ribs from the broth, cut
off meat, then cut into cubes and put back into the soup. Add diced
potatoes, cooks spice , basil and thyme to soup. Stir and simmer
for 20 minutes .

Brown 2nd onion in olive oil, and then add flour. When this starts to
brown add this mixture to the soup.

Before serving soup season it with cream and sprinkle with parsley.
