1 cup chopped Mango 1 medium Tomato 1 chopped Avocado 1 cup thinly chopped Red onion 2 tablespoons Cilantro 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese 2 tablespoons Lime Juice ½ teaspoon honey ¼ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Lightly sprinkle Tilapia fillets with sea salt and Creole pepper seasoning. Grill the tilapia fillets. Remove them from grill and place on plate then cover with the salsa. Serve with flour tortillas.
