1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can enchilada sauce
1 small can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 small can olives, sliced
12 flour tortillas
1 small can refried beans
1-1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion. Add sauces, water, and olives, mix well. On tortilla spread 2 tablespoons beans, 1 tablespoon sour cream, and a spoonful of meat mixture. Roll up tortilla and place, seam down, in an oil - sprayed 9x13”baking dish. Continue filling, rolling, and placing tortillas into baking dish until baking dish is filled. Pour remaining meat mixture over all. Top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
