1 dozen eggs (beaten “not stirred” per 007)
1 lb. bacon (cut up)
1 cup grated cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
8 slices of white bread – buttered with crusts removed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown & drain bacon. Mix in bowl: Beaten eggs, soup, cheese, milk, green onion, cooked bacon & mushrooms.
Place buttered bread slices in buttered 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Pour mixture onto bread slices. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350° uncovered for approx. 1 hour.
