1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. instant jello pudding (can use any flavor - chocolate, butterscotch, pistachio or lemon)
2 1/3 c. milk
9 oz. pkg. Cool Whip

FIRST LAYER:
Mix flour, butter and chopped nuts. Press into 13-inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees until light brown, 10-15 minutes. Cool.
SECOND LAYER:
Mix 8-ounce package cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar with 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on first layer.
THIRD LAYER:
Mix 1 large package instant jello pudding with
2 1/3 cups milk. Beat until thick. Spread on second layer. Spread rest of 9-ounce package Cool Whip on top or put a spoonful of Cool Whip on each serving. This can be made ahead and frozen.
