2 cups water
1 cup milk
1 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and cornmeal. Bring to the boiling point and cook 5 minutes. Beat eggs well and add remaining ingredients. Beat well and bake in a well-greased pan for 25 minutes at 375°F. Serve from baking dish with a large spoon.
