1 pkg. regular Jimmy Dean Sausage cooked, crumbled & drained
10 eggs lightly beaten
3 cups of milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. (2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
6 cups cubed bread
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup mushrooms sliced (optional)
1 medium tomato chopped (optional)
1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt. In a buttered 9 X 12 baking dish distribute evenly half the bread, half the cheese, half the optional ingredients and all the sausage. Repeat layering using remaining bread, cheese and optional ingredients. Pour egg mixture evenly over casserole.
Bake uncovered for 55-60 minutes or until eggs are set.
