1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup flour
2 - 4 tbsp sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 425. In large bowl, combine corn meal, flour, sugar and salt. Add baking powder. Add milk,egg and oil. Beat about 1 min. till smooth. Bake in greased 8oz square baking pan 20-23 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
