3 whole bulbs garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 package of cream cheese (8 oz. )
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
parsley sprigs for garnish
crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Remove a thin slice from the top of each garlic bulb. Place garlic bulbs in a pie pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Cover with foil. Bake 1- 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown. Cool for 20 minutes. In a medium bowl squeeze garlic from bulbs. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley sprigs and crackers. Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.
