1 pound sliced onions
1 clove of garlic finely minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pond chicken livers
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cumin
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Cook stirring occasionally until browned. Add chicken livers, salt , pepper, cumin. Cook the livers until cooked but not browned. Pour onions and livers into a food processor and process into a spread. Chill and serve with crackers or bread toasts. Can be molded. Freezes well.
