1 package (3 oz.) lemon jello
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2tbsp, grated onion
2 cups (15-16 oz. can) red salmon drained and flaked
2tbsp, chopped fresh dill or 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Blend in sour cream. mayonaise, lemon juice, onion and horseradish. Chill until thickened. Fold in salmon and dill weed. Spoon into mold. Chill until firm, at least 3 hours. Unmold and serve with crackers, raw veggies.
