1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkt frozen spinach (250g) or use fresh spinach
1 chopped onion
1 pkt Spring Vegetable soup
1 cob loaf or multiple small bread rolls

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine the thawed spinach, sour cream, onion, vegetable soup, mayonnaise and mix well.
Slice the top off your bread loaf and pull out the middle, leaving just the crust shell.
Fill with the mixture, return the lid and place on a baking dish sorrounded with torn bits of the centre of the loaf which will be used for dipping. Bake in a slow oven for about an hour.
