2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Monty Jack cheese
2 1/2 c. (10 oz.) shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
2 T. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
10 (10") corn tortillas
canola oil
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredients (chicken through salt) in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Fry tortillas, 1 at a time, in 2 T. oil in a skillet 5 seconds on each side or until softened; add additional oil as necessary. Drain.
Place heaping 1/2 c. chicken mixture on each tortilla; roll up each tortilla, and place, seam side down, in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 c. cheese, and bake, uncovered for 5 more minutes. Serve with salsa.
