1 can (15-1/2 oz) Whole kernel corn
1 can (14-1/2 oz) Cream style corn
1 pkg (8 oz) Corn muffin mix
1 c Sour cream
1 stick of butter, melted
Shredded medium cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl stir together first five ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Optional - Top with generous amount of cheddar cheese and return to oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
