1 package frozen puff pastry dough
1/3 cup prepared pesto
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted in a dry frying pan until just browned
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, thinly sliced (drain oil and pat with paper towel)
1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw puff pastry dough. On floured surface roll out pastry dough. Spread half of all ingredients onto the pastry dough, starting with pesto. Fold one side of dough to the center, then fold the other side to the center. Repeat the fold and then pinch the ends. Make next roll. Refrigerate until you are ready to bake.
Preheat oven to 400⁰. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Slice each roll into half-inch slices. Place slices on the cookie sheet, cut side up and bake for 14 minutes or until just golden brown. Serve immediately.
