1 large prepared pizza crust (such as Boboli®)
4 oz. cream cheese (at room temp.)
4 oz. lox
1 Roma tomato, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
1 scallion or a few chives, thinly sliced
¼ cup sliced black olives
1 onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake crust for 10 minutes at 350⁰. Allow to cool. Spread cream cheese onto crust, almost to the edge. Add lox, sliced vegetables and olives. Slice with a pizza cutter into sections.

This technique is easy and different than the usual bagels. You can use veggie or lox cream cheese and other smoked fish in place a lox. Nice presentation too!
