1 T. olive oil

Directions:
Wash kale. Trim large stems from kale leaves. Tear leaves into chip-sized pieces. Dry in salad spinner. Toss in large bowl with olive oil, salt (go easy) and pepper. Lay chips out in a single layer on 1 to 2 sheet pans that have been lined with parchment paper. Bake at 300⁰ F for 15-20 minutes or 275⁰ in convection oven for 15 minutes.

Trust me ....these taste much better than they sound, consistency ends up very light and crunchy, with a very nice flavor and lots of vitamins, potassium and fiber.
