½ cup butter
1 bunch scallions, chopped
½ pound mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 cup celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (3 oz.) package sliced almonds
1 large wedge Brie cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and sauté vegetables, garlic and almonds for about 5 minutes. Place Brie in a baking dish and pour sautéed mixture over the brie. Bake at 375⁰ for 10 minutes (more if necessary) until gooey. Serve with regular or gluten-free sourdough bread and/or crackers.
