2 cups water
cup ketchup
handful raisins
1 onion, chopped
6 ginger snaps, crushed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 T. lemon juice
cup sugar
1 lb. ground beef
6 saltine crackers, crushed
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place water, ketchup, raisins, onion, ginger snaps, cinnamon, lemon juice, and sugar in a pot. Simmer on low until thoroughly mixed, stirring often. Mix beef with egg and crushed saltines. Season with salt and pepper. Roll the ground beef mixture into small balls and drop them into the simmering sauce. Continue cooking meatballs in sauce until meatballs are thoroughly done, with no pink in center. Serve over rice or noodles. So yummy!
