4 eggs
2-4 tbsp. milk
1/2 cup flour
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add milk, flour, salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet. Pour mixture in and cook like omelet. When set, cut in squares and turn over and cook on the other side.
