3-4lbs beef bottom round roast
1 onion chopped
1C ketchup
1Cwater
1/2Cwine vinegar
1/2C brown sugar
2Tblsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1Tblsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
brown meat and onion in oil in dutch over. Mix all other ingredients together, pour over meat, simmer for several hours until meat is tended. remove meat from juice, chill slice and return to juice heat and serve with hard rolls
