2 Cup lightly steamed chopped asparagus about 1 lb
21/4 tsp lime juice
3 Tbsp chopped onion
1 lg tomato chopped
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 clove pressed or minced garlic
dash of hot sauce
1/3 Cup sour cream

Blend all ingredients together until smooth in food processor. transfer to bowl cover and chill several hours or over night.

1/4c serving=o fat 2.5 carbs 16.5 calories .7 weight watchers points. this has excellent flavor and holds up well longer than when made with advocado. Make sure the asparagus is well drained.
