2 lbs. Hamburger
1 lb. Pork Sausage (medium strength)
1 small onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pizza seasoning or Italian seasoning
3 jars pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese
black olives (optional) (place on top of pizza burgers before baking)
12 Hamburger Buns
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and sausage together with chopped onion. Drain and let cool. Add remaining items except cheese. put in fridge to cool for one hour or more. Mix in cheese then you are ready to scoop on buns. Preheat oven to 350º take half of bun and scoop pizza burger mixture on top. Place bun on cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes on top rake of oven.

you can substitute pizza sauce with spaghetti sauce, you may need to add more pizza or Italian seasoning. Add the black olives on top of pizza burgers before baking.
