2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 C. water
2 pkgs. Taco seasoning mix (or see recipe for
Taco Seasoning)
1 Can kidney beans, drained
1 head Iceberg lettuce
3 Tomatoes
1 small onion
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. crushed taco chips

Dressing:
3/4 C. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. taco sauce
(Mix all together for dressing)


Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger and break into small pieces; drain fat. Season meat, adding water and taco seasoning mix. Add drained kidney beans. Cool.

Chop and mix 1 head lettuce, 3 tomatoes, and 1 onion.

Mix cooled meat mixture with lettuce mixture and add 8 oz. shredded cheese. Pour dressing over all and mix. Serve.
