Ingredients:  
1 head washed, torn romaine lettuce
handful sunflower seeds
or coarsely chopped walnuts
handful bacon bits
handful dried cranberries
few thin slices of red onion
1 can drained mandarin orange segments
blue cheese

Dressing:
1/4 C. cranberry juice concentrate
1/4 C. oil
1 tsp. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all salad ingredients together.
Whip the dressing ingredients together. Pour over salad mix. Mix/toss. Serve with extra cranberries and/or walnuts for garnish.
