2 C. sifted flour
1 C. powdered sugar
1 C. butter, melted
4 eggs
2 C. white sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 C. flour
5/8 C. Concentrated Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9 x 13 pan (or smaller if you prefer thicker bars)
In medium bowl, stir together 2 Cups flour and powdered sugar. Blend in the melted butter. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes or till golden.
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light. Combine the sugar, baking powder and 1/4 C. flour so there are no flour lumps. Stir sugar mixture into the eggs. Stir in the lemon juice. Pour over the prepared crust and return to oven. Bake an additional 30 minutes or till bars are set. Cool completely before cutting.
