Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 - Roma Tomatoes
1/2 white onion
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 ceranto chilli - seeded
2 garlic cloves
1 avocado
1 - 2# bag large shrimp (Costco-devained and shelled)
15 to 20 limes
1 pk LeRosa Tostada's

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and juice limes. This sounds crazy but put the shrimp in a dish and cover with lime juice for 3 hours or longer (the juice will cook the shrimp). Chop vegetables, mix together (all but the avocado). Add to shrimp once they are done. You might want to drain some of the lime juice before adding the vegetables, it gets a little over powering with all that juice. Serve cold with chopped avocado and tostada's.

I got this recipe from Jesus Shanchez a guy I work with. I have made it once, it was very good. You can change the recipe to your taste.
