"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 cup chopped walnuts
1 sm. whipping cream
1/2 to 1 cup mini marshmellows
1 cup sugar
1/2 to1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and chop cranberry's (food processor works great). In medium bowl combine cranberry's, walnuts, pineapple and 3/4 cup sugar (you might need to add more or less depends on your taste buds). Cover and refrigerate over night. When ready to serve whip whipping cream add 1/4 cup of sugar (taste to make sure it doesn't need any more). Whip until thick and a peak forms. Add whipping cream (you probably won't need to add the whole amount of your whipped cream just add until desired taste and look), cocnut and marshmellows. Top with walnuts.

Nana made this every Thanksginving, but she would never give me the recipe, so I came up with what I thought she put in it.
