2 cans white Shoepeg corn, drained
1/2 small onion, diced
8-oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. diced jalapeno pepper
Mayonnaise to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Serve with crackers.
Add mayonnaise till dipping consistency. Add more jalapeno if you like it hotter.
