2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms, 1 cup chopped onion, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 cups tomato catsup, 1 cup water, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp oregano, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs, 1/4 shredded Parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp minced parsley, 1 1/2 veal steak, cut into servings pieces, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 pkg sliced mozzarella cheese

Saute mushrooms and onions in hot oil. Stir in catsup, water, garlic salt, sugar and oregano.Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Season eggs with salt and pepper. Combine bread crumbs. Parmesan cheese and parsley. Dip meat in eggs, then crumbs. Brown in hot oil. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over meat. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese. Continue baking 10 minutes.
