6 cups finely shredded cabbage 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 green or red pepper seeded and thinly sliced 1 large red apple cored and diced 1/4 cup raisins 3 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tbsp honey 2 tsp dry mustard 1 tsp salt dash pepper
In a large salad bowl, combine cabbage, onion, pepper. apple, raisins and lemon juice. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over the cabbage and toss until evenly coated. Cover slaw with plastic wrap and refrigerate. stir with fork prior to serving.
