1 1/2 cup leftover roast bee, cut into small pieces, 1/4 drippings or butter, 3 tbsp flour,1 cup milk, salt, pepper to taste, 1/2 chopped pepper 1 tbsp grated onion or minced

Directions:
Directions:
Warm drippings or butter. Blend in flour. Add milk gradually, stirring until it thickens. Stir in salt, pepper, onion, green peppers. Fold in cut up beef or other leftover meat. Put mixture in pastry lined pie plate. Top with crust. Bake in hot over at 425 for 25 minutes.
