3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup oleo
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
cinnamon

Blend as for pie crust until crumbly. Slice apples in well buttered baking dish(8 inch square pan) and cover with above mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and 3 to 4 tbs water. Bake until apples are tender and brown
