12 red sweet peppers
12 green peppers
9 onions
1 tbsp pickling spices or your choice
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp salt
2 cups vinegar
1-2 pods of hot pepper or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grind all the vegetable ingredients together. Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes.Drainwell and then add all other ingredients ( tie spices in a bag. Cook for 15 minutes. Process in jars and seal.
