12 large Jalapeno peppers
6 oz. cream cheese
lb. sausage
4 oz. Colby & Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Using rubber gloves, cut 12 large Jalapeno peppers in half and remove seeds. Brown lb sausage and drain. Mix sausage with cream cheese and shredded cheese. Mix well and stuff in the peppers. Bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes or until the sausage mixture gets light brown. Put oven on broil till the sausage mixture browns as desired.
